Shipping conditions Sweetface

Because your satisfaction as a customer is important to us, we offer free shipping to Switzerland.

We source our goods from all over the world in order to offer the best possible price.

Sweetface strives to maintain the best possible and short delivery times. However, any delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. Sweetface is entitled to make partial deliveries.

If delivery against invoice is offered, the invoice will be sent by email at Sweetface's discretion.

If the delivery cannot be delivered or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Sweetface can terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period and invoice the costs for the work.

The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which Sweetface guarantees immediately in writing by letter or email to the address in the imprint to make an advertisement.

Returns to Sweetface are made at the customer’s expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address provided by Sweetface https://sweetface.ch/pages/impressum to send.

If the test is carried out by Sweetface , that the goods have no detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, Sweetface can charge the customer for the costs, return shipping or possible disposal.
