Right of withdrawal customer

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

-Downloadable software products

-Some health, cosmetic and personal care items

-Reduced items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations in which no refund will be given: (if applicable)

-Book with obvious signs of wear -

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, calendar, vinyl record, etc that has been opened.

-Reduced items

-Hygiene products

-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts not due to our error.

-Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

refund (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes a certain amount of time for the refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sweetface.ch

Clearance Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@sweetface and send the item to: Inquire about the nearest return address at this email address: support@sweetface.ch

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to gift to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item for more than 75 CHF, you should use a trackable shipping service provider or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
